Hill and Company is one of Hertfordshire's leading dealers, repairers and restorers of violins, violas, cellos and bows. We are the third generation of a proven family business and have been in our current premises for over thirty years. We have chosen as a specialist shop to only deal in instruments and bows of the violin family.

Our standards are high for every item that we sell, even when setting up modest instruments, so that young players are not struggling with inadequate equipment that will hamper their progress.

We have many professional customers of long standing and we aim to offer our expertise in a friendly helpful way giving sound advice whatever the nature of the enquiry.

	We have a wide range of violins, violas, cellos and bows in stock, as well as strings, accessories and cases. We cater for begineers and students as well as professional musicians. We also sell instruments made by Christopher Rowe. Instruments and bows may be tried in our playing room and full approval facilities are available. We ask that before visiting us you ring first to discuss your requirements.

Monday to Friday 9.00 – 12.30 and 1.30 – 5.00 pm
Saturday 9.00 – 12.30 and 2.00 – 5.00 pm
